The Supplemental Set is meant to be a open Card Set where every CTIzen can submit self made CTI Cards under.

• The Supplemental Set extends the Core Set but does not introduce any new rules.
• You could see it as a dummy set.

This way the Core Set stands as its own and is an excellent Card Set to beginn with, while the Supplemental Set gathers all community made Cards.
