I recently found a site that I sometimes use for finding new content for my tease Pic/gif folder that sounds...similar to what you mentioned. I kinda use it like porn-pandora, you select some basic genre's and preferences and are given a list of content you can thumb up or down to help it learn your preferences. I don't want to advertise for anywhere (sorry if it's not cool =P ) but it's a site called BunnyFap.
I've only used it a few times but it made a handy cti companion
