Problem with starting the jar file

Hey so When i double click the Teaseviewer.jar it opens it up in WInrar and I do have Java Installed.. Any assistance here?

Select the Java Platform as default program when opening .jar files and then double click.

Other way to start the program:

1. Open CMD
2. use "cd path/to/the/folder/with/the/jar" to navigate into the folder
3. then write "java -jar Teaseviewer.jar"

and it should start.

Java(TM) Platform SE Binary says its running in the Taskmenu but nothing shows up.. I'm a little handicapped when it comes to these things .. and the CMD console says its not a valid path when i put the file location into the promt with the java -jar teaseviewer.jar

Do you use windows? Not sure if it runs on the other platforms currently...
Can you post the commands you put into cmd?

I already test all thing in this post and had the same reaction as noodle.
I don't know if skype is the best way to help me.. indeed my english is not well, i'm french

after testing your advises, it run. but did i need to always go into the cmd ?

I did not intend to use voicechat, normal text chat should be enough to help for most problems.

Back to your question:
That depends on your computer preferences, you need to set "Java(TM) Platform SE binary" as the standard application to open .jar files.
Then you can run it like any other program.
